The health and well-being of our staff, customers, and the surrounding community is imperative to us. Please wear a facial mask when visiting GuitarSam. Please use our provided hand sanitizer upon entering the store, available at front and rear entrances. We also have sanitizer available at our counter checkout stations.
In addition to wearing a mask, please practice social distancing of 6 feet while in our store.
You are welcome to audition instruments that you are interested in. Please keep in mind that we need to keep instrument handling at a minimum. Please ask before trying.
Hand sanitizer must be used before trying instruments. Please allow 1-2 minutes for the sanitizer to dry before handling instruments.
Please shop in the smallest party possible to ensure safe distancing with other customers and staff.
GuitarSam staff is washing hands several times a day and using hand sanitizer between customer transactions. We're also frequently sanitizing high-touch areas such as our counters, credit card terminals, door handles and bars, and many other areas.
We are opening our doors for fresh air exchange as possible.
We have plexi-shields at our cash counters to provide further isolation during personal transactions.
We are open for walk-in sales Mon-Fri 11-5pm and Saturday 11-3pm.
We're still maintaining curbside pickup for you, if you prefer, at our back entrance during all of our open hours. Please check with us if you have any questions or concerns about COVID-19 and our store, and if there's anything we can do to make your visiting or remote shopping at GuitarSam any easier.
