Returns

Returning Items to GuitarSam:

• Returns with our receipt are accepted for refund in like-new condition, with original packaging, documents and accessories within 10 days of purchase. Restocking fees may apply if we choose to accept merchandise that is not in original condition. Music books, CDs, DVDs, and other media are not returnable for refund.

• Returns with our receipt are accepted for exchange in like-new condition, with original packaging, documents and accessories within 30 days of purchase. Restocking fees may apply if we choose to accept merchandise that is not in original condition. Certain exceptions may apply where music books, CDs, DVDs, and other media are not returnable for exchange.

• Harmonica Returns: Due to a Federal Health Rule, harmonicas in opened packages may only be returned and exchanged directly with the manufacturer. This is regardless of whether the harmonica is defective or not. 

• Per our bankcard agreement, transactions paid by credit or debit card will be electronically refunded to the same card.

• Transactions paid by customer check will be refunded by company check, after a reasonable length of time has elapsed for the clearing of customer check.

• Cash transactions may be refunded in cash up to $50.00, with over $50.00 refunds paid by company check.

• Special order products may not be eligible for return. If we choose to accept special order merchandise for return, restocking fees may apply.

• Customer is responsible for travel or delivery costs associated in returning items for refund or exchange to GuitarSam.
