Returns

Returning Items to GuitarSam:

• Returns are accepted for refund in like-new condition, with original packaging, documents and accessories within 10 days of purchase.

• Per our bankcard agreement, transactions paid by credit or debit card will be electronically refunded to the same card.

• Transactions paid by customer check will be refunded by company check, after a reasonable length of time has elapsed for the clearing of customer check.

• Cash transactions may be refunded in cash up to $50.00, with over $50.00 refunds paid by company check.

• Returns are accepted for exchange in like-new condition, with original packaging, documents and accessories within 30 days of purchase.

• Certain special order products may not be eligible for return.

• Customer is responsible for travel or delivery costs in returning items for refund or exchange to GuitarSam.
