you may return it within 10 days of receiving it. Items must be
in original condition with all packing, literature and warranty
cards, and packaged in the same carton that we shipped it to you
in. We will immediately issue you a full refund of your purchase
and shipping amount. (ground shipping only) You pay only the shipping
charges to send it back to us.

 We accept MasterCard,
Visa, American Express, Novus, Discover. We also accept money orders or
certified checks made out to "GuitarSam".
Personal checks
made be used for purchases totaling less than $100.00, but your order
may be held up to 10 days before shipping.
In-stock
orders will be shipped by UPS the same day (Monday-Friday) when ordered
by 2:00 PM Eastern Time. You will receive your order in 1-5 business
days.
If
an item is not in stock, we will notify you by email or telephone. We
will not charge your credit card until the day we ship your order.
Defective
harmonicas must be sent directly to the manufacturer by the customer.
Federal Law prohibits the return or exchange of a harmonicas except
between the consumer and manufacturer.
All
sales of sheet music, songbooks, instruction books, and videos are final.
There are no returns except on defective product, which will be exchanged
only for the exact title.
Vermont
residents, please add 6% sales tax. All other US states pay no sales
tax. International shipments may be assessed a tax or duty upon entering
your country. Please check with your local customs office for information
on how your order may be taxed.
