Returning an Item to GuitarSam
Delivering it to us:
Customer is responsible for travel or delivery costs associated in returning items for refund or exchange to GuitarSam.
Refunds:
Returns with our GuitarSam receipt are accepted for refund in like-new condition, with original packaging, documents and accessories within 5 days of purchase. A minimum 15% or more restocking fee will apply if we choose to accept merchandise that is not in original condition. The amount of the restocking fee will be assessed by us in relation to the condition of the returned item(s). Music books, CDs, DVDs, and other media are not returnable for refund. Items that we special ordered for you may not be returned for refund.
As required by the card processing agreement with our bank, transactions paid by credit or debit card will be electronically refunded to your same card. Items that were paid in cash will be refunded in cash up to the amount of $30.00, and by our company check if the refund amount totals over $30.00. Transactions paid by customer check will be refunded by company check, after a reasonable length of time has elapsed for the clearing of customer check.
Exchanges:
Returns with our receipt are accepted for exchange or store credit in like-new condition, with original packaging, documents and accessories within 10 days of purchase. A minimum 15% or more restocking fee will apply if we choose to accept merchandise that is not in original condition, and the amount of the restocking fee will be assessed by us in relation to the condition of the returned item(s). Harmonica Returns:
Due to a Federal Health Rule, harmonicas in opened packages may only be returned and exchanged directly with the manufacturer. This is regardless of whether the harmonica is defective or not.
Vintage and Used:
Sales of vintage or used consignment items are final and will not be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit.
